Age is just a number. I've read that a hundred times before and heard that a few times before. The constant console that comes out from people's mouth since i turned 16. Truly it is just a number. But a number that means something. That's why movies have those ratings; pg-13, NC16, M18, R21. It seemed that the older you get, the more credit you get. As if you were good enough to watch something someone younger could not. I think the only fear that could come with age was the only fear that you were not good enough for that number. That number that so willingly becomes your identity. Truly i'm afraid, i have not lived a life that soon-to-be-19 year-old should have.

If i could have a birthday wish, it would be, to be ageless like carrie.

Today's the start of 2010. Yesterday people began their countdown. Count down from 2009 to 2010. I never thought it was such a big deal at all. So what? It probably had to do with school. Jan 1st is in the middle of school term. When a new year starts usually it  marks a new beginning. But for me...what new beginning could i possibly have when i am not even done with last year's work. 

So when i was going home from an interview, I bought cup noodles. I was hungry ok, i didn't have lunch. It was an instinct. Then the Auntie at the convenient store was like," Countdown 吃泡面 啊？“。It only occurred to me then, that eating at home on the night of new year's eve, made me a total loser. It would bother me a lot a few years ago. But nowadays i don't even care. heck I don't even wanna celebrate my birthday anymore. Things like tt now seems So...minor. 

issit normal to fall into minor depression when you come back from a holiday?
